有許多基督徒，他們的問題非常多，外面的那還不要緊﹔但有許多的問題，是證明他裏面黑暗，證明他裏面不清楚，就非注意不可。我們承認有的情形在屬靈的過程中是需要的，但我們不承認基督徒可以一直在那裏不清不楚。神不大願意我們裏面一直有問題。那麼我們裏面怎能清楚呢？希伯來書四章十二節說︰「神的話是活潑的，是有功效的，比一切兩刃的劍更快，甚至魂與靈、骨節與骨髓，都能刺入剖開，連心中的思念和主意，都能辨明。」神的話如果進到人裏面，就能分別甚麼是出乎靈，甚麼不是。這個分別，不是藉着自己去問所能知道。自己往裏面去問的結果，只是叫你糊塗。越問就越有問題，一個問題產生十個，十個又產生一百個，一直出問題。如果是神的話進到我們裏面來，就根本不必問﹔不只不必問，並且清楚得很。詩篇一一九篇說︰「你的言語一進來，就發出亮光，使愚人通達。」祂的話一進來，你裏面就清楚，就有把握。神的話不只是聖經，不只需要你去讀，並且需要神的靈在你裏面把它變活﹔活的話才有用處。不是讀一本書說，這樣作才是屬靈，那樣作不是就對。神的話進來，你才知道甚麼是錯，甚麼是對。這樣的人用不着問問題，因為他裏面有光，裏面看得見。自我分析並不會給我們光，不過叫我們自己欺騙自己。因為，我們的思想和用意很容易欺騙我們自己。你越分析，就越攔阻神的話來到你裏面。祂的話若進來，就問都不必問。套用柏拉圖的一句話來闡釋這道理︰「knowledge cannot be taught，but caught（知識不能教導，只能領悟出來）。」

They have many problems. The external ones are still okay, but many of the problems show the darkness inside him, proving that it is not clear inside him, which must be paid attention. We recognize that some situations are needed in the process of spiritual, but we do not recognize that Christians can be unclear for ever. God is not willing to see us always have problems inside. But how can we be clear inside? The section 12 of Chapter 4 of Hebrews remarked, "For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." If the words of God enter into people's inside they will be able to tell about spirit from other things. This difference can not be known by asking. The result of asking yourself inside will just make you confused. The more questions you ask, the more questions will appear. A question will result in ten more and ten questions will lead to one hundred more. Therefore problems will always be there. If the words of God enter into us, we do not have to ask at all; not only we do not have to ask, but also we will be very clear. Psalm 119 said, "The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple." His words come in, and you will be clear inside and there is surety. God's word are not refer to just the Bible and not only need you to read, but also you need the Spirit of God living inside to bring them into life; only the living words can be useful. It is not reading a book saying that doing this is spiritual and doing that is not right. God's words come in and you will know what is wrong and what is right. Such people do not need to ask questions, because there is light inside them and they can see from inside. Self-analysis does not give us light, but only tells us to fool ourselves, because our thoughts and intentions are very easy to deceive ourselves. The more you analyze, the more you will block God's words coming into you. If his words come in, you will not need to ask at all. Plato's words can illustrate this truth: "Knowledge cannot be taught, but caught."
